About Our Team
Our vibrant Austin team is on a mission to eliminate language barriers and transform business communication through advanced translation technology. With a diverse mix of talents, we foster a supportive and energetic environment. As we expand in North America, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can build strategic customer relationships, ensuring clients effectively utilize our products and become loyal advocates. This role emphasizes understanding customer ecosystems and driving product adoption, especially for clients using our API. We need a technically adept CSM who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer success.
