About the Role
The Customer Success Manager is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients throughout their journey. This role encompasses key responsibilities such as driving adoption, fostering expansion, encouraging advocacy, and ensuring client retention. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, Technical Support, and Professional Services to guarantee that our clients receive the best support and information.
This position is fully remote, specifically for candidates located on the West Coast of the United States. We encourage applications from individuals based in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, or Utah.
