WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Are you ready to elevate the Customer Success function in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment? As a key member of Qualia's Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, you will play a vital role in supporting the initiatives that fuel our growth.
In your capacity as a Customer Success Operations Analyst, you will be a versatile generalist, engaging in a variety of tasks across the post-sales customer lifecycle. You will harness your technical skills and AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency and extract valuable insights. Acting as the primary operational partner for multiple teams, you will tackle challenges through data-driven analysis, system optimization, and strategic thinking. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners to assess their needs, convert requirements into technical solutions, and implement operational enhancements that propel the business forward. Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating and optimizing customer success tools, generating reports and analytics, resolving operational tickets, and managing cross-functional projects as business dynamics evolve.
