Role Overview:
The Customer Success Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining data quality across all systems utilized by the Customer Success (CS) team. This position is essential for enhancing CS processes and implementing innovative solutions to boost efficiency. Responsibilities include organizing and overseeing all CS and cross-functional team meetings, managing special CS projects, and supporting internal CS reporting.
Remote: This position is entirely remote, although the successful candidate will be expected to travel to the office periodically for in-person meetings.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Flexibility: Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to engage in meetings with the global US team outside of standard South African working hours.
