Lead a diverse team of marketers, creative professionals, sales representatives, and operations staff. Oversee project execution and delivery as needed. Develop and implement strategies for business growth. Ensure project delivery aligns with findstarfish’s processes, methodologies, and quality standards. Manage client expectations and involve them actively throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with relevant teams to swiftly address client concerns during engagements. Build lasting, trusted advisor relationships with all clients. Partner with the Managed Delivery team to handle project management, time estimation, and resource allocation, including the creation of project plans. Prepare revenue forecasts and regular reports for client engagements.Maintain ongoing communication with team members.
