Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance a diverse portfolio of client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships with top-tier and mid-level clients to uncover evolving business needs and opportunities.
- Proactively nurture relationships to optimize client retention, drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, and boost customer value and revenue through tailored engagement strategies.
- Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calls, to identify new opportunities, activate clients, and achieve commercial outcomes.
- Develop and implement multi-channel strategies to effectively engage large customer segments at critical lifecycle moments, creating and qualifying opportunities.
- Champion retention and cross-selling efforts. Identify market opportunities and devise go-to-market strategies informed by customer insights and market trends.
- Compile success stories, case studies, and business reports to illustrate impact and align internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead educational initiatives such as webinars and workshops to maintain ongoing engagement within the client portfolio.
- Oversee the complete commercial process, including product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiations, and finalizing long-term agreements.
