We are seeking a dedicated Customer/Supplier Support Associate who will report directly to the Supplier Support Manager. This role is pivotal in assisting our Supplier Support team in acquiring essential declarations and information from suppliers within our clients' supply chains, particularly those who may be unresponsive.
Utilize a multi-channel communication strategy including emails, chats, and conference calls to collect compliance data, address compliance inquiries, and verify the quality of submitted documents;
Collaborate closely with leading suppliers, providing them with the necessary resources to effectively respond to compliance requests;
Manage communications through emails and chats, guiding suppliers through their compliance processes to ensure a seamless experience;
Engage with unresponsive suppliers through various channels, including educational webinars and direct communications;
Fluency in Korean is essential for internal translations, conducting webinars, and participating in prospect calls alongside the Sales team;
Work in partnership with the Program Success team to devise strategies for onboarding new clients, executing client campaigns, and resolving supplier issues;
Ensure the accuracy and quality of compliance data received from suppliers through rigorous validation processes;
Provide mentorship and support to Supplier Support Agents as needed;
Stay informed on emerging regulations and updates related to Assent’s products to enhance your expertise;
Adhere to corporate security policies and comply with Assent’s guidelines and procedures.
