Join Assent as a Customer Support Associate, where you will play an essential role in our Support team by engaging with suppliers to collect declarations and vital information within our clients' supply chains.
- Utilize a multi-channel communication approach, including emails, phone calls, and conference calls, to acquire compliance information, assist with compliance inquiries, and ensure the accuracy of submitted documents;
- Collaborate with top-tier suppliers, providing them with invaluable support to facilitate their responsiveness to compliance requests;
- Manage inbound calls from suppliers, offering assistance in troubleshooting and navigating their compliance requests while delivering an exceptional customer experience;
- Proactively reach out to unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls, supplier education initiatives, and webinar invitations;
- Provide language support in both German and English for internal translations, hosting webinars, and participating in prospect calls with our Sales team;
- Work closely with the Program Success team to devise strategic approaches for onboarding new customers, managing client campaigns, and addressing supplier-related issues.
