As the go-to person for resolving technical issues, you will be responsible for coordinating responses when clients report faults. You will liaise with our service team to ensure smooth operations and timely solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers and partners via phone, email, and chat.
Provide detailed information about our products and services while addressing both routine and complex inquiries and complaints.
Receive, verify, and process orders and requests in the internal system efficiently.
Manage and update customer data within our CRM and other internal applications.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Logistics teams to resolve customer cases swiftly.
Collect and relay customer feedback to colleagues to aid in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
