About the Role
Fivetran is revolutionizing data pipelines for the modern data landscape, serving thousands of companies. We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer for our API Connector Team. In this role, you will tackle exciting technical challenges while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure swift resolutions to issues. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will serve as the technical champion for our customers, working closely with passionate teams to provide an exceptional experience. Our holistic approach emphasizes not only resolving issues but also preventing them in the future.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model allows for a combination of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, requiring two days in the office each week to foster team connection and growth.
