Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer to enhance our pre-sales team.
This high-impact, customer-facing technical role involves close collaboration with Account Executives to navigate complex sales cycles. You will be responsible for articulating the “how” behind our platform—translating technical features into tangible business results for clients.
You will engage directly with prospects and clients to comprehend their risk workflows, devise tailored solutions, and showcase how Oscilar can replace disparate systems with a cohesive decision-making layer.
What You’ll Do
Become an expert in Oscilar’s platform, architecture, and applications in fraud, credit, and compliance.
Collaborate with Account Executives to execute technical sales cycles from start to finish.
Conduct discovery sessions to gain insights into customer workflows, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Deliver customized demos and technical presentations that align with customer needs.
Design and implement proof of concepts (POCs) and value assessments.
Convert intricate technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering, relaying customer feedback and impacting the product roadmap.
