Your role will involve managing inbound calls, emails, and SMS inquiries, addressing reservation management, account queries, and general support needs. You will also oversee customer reviews, escalate concerns when necessary, and perform various back-office responsibilities to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Management: Handle customer inquiries regarding reservations, accounts, and general questions, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Document customer interactions and update systems accordingly.
- Email and SMS Correspondence: Respond to customer requests made via email and SMS, ensuring informative and timely replies.
- Reservation Assistance: Aid customers in modifying, canceling, or extending their reservations, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Feedback Oversight: Monitor and respond to reviews across various platforms, addressing concerns and providing solutions to promote customer satisfaction.
