Qualifications
Your Role:As a Customer Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on effective communication with our clients. Your responsibilities will involve helping clients optimize their use of our app, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. You will handle incoming support tickets and prioritize tasks to ensure exceptional service delivery. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an alternative shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for our customers across various communication channels to ensure their success and satisfaction.Provide prompt service while maintaining high performance standards.Guide clients on best practices tailored to their business needs.Relay live feedback to the Customer Success team regarding missing features, requests, and enhancements.Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role (preferably in written support).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.Technologically adept with a startup mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative team player who values feedback and continuous improvement.A positive demeanor, empathy, and high energy!
