Your role in driving excellence:
- Order Management: Efficiently entering, validating, and monitoring customer orders within the SAP S/4HANA system while ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
- Sales Team Liaison: Serve as the primary internal contact for Account Managers, supplying stock updates, order status insights, and administrative assistance.
- Returns & Claims Oversight: Manage reverse logistics processes, conduct root-cause analysis, and collaborate with warehouse and quality teams.
- Invoicing & Administrative Tasks: Generate invoices and credit notes, while ensuring transportation documentation accuracy.
- Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries (via phone/email) to resolve basic technical questions regarding DHW (Domestic Hot Water) and logistical concerns.
- Proactive Follow-up: Track outstanding tasks and keep customers informed about service updates.
