Join the dynamic team at MEDFAR, working under the guidance of Emma, our Technical Support Team Lead, alongside a diverse group of over 15 professionals. Our mission is to provide exceptional support to clients facing technical challenges or seeking assistance with our innovative software.
As a vital contact for our clients—including clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers—you will assist them via phone and email in navigating our MYLE software. Your contributions will significantly enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing incoming client inquiries remotely;
- Delivering technical assistance concerning the MYLE software;
- Diagnosing issues to identify root causes and proposing tailored solutions;
- Collaborating with team members to effectively resolve support tickets;
- Escalating complex cases and relaying pertinent information to technical teams;
- Enhancing our knowledge base and refining internal processes.
What to expect in your initial months:
Your first month will focus on becoming well-versed in MYLE. As part of our support team, you will deepen your understanding and grasp the intricacies of the MYLE software.
We have developed a comprehensive training and development plan aimed at helping you achieve your career objectives. Here’s a glimpse at your career progression:
1) Client Support Associate (0–6 months)
- Become proficient with our tools and processes;
- Manage basic email inquiries;
- Assist with calls during peak times.
2) Client Support Specialist (Level 1) (6–12 months)
- Utilize knowledge gained as an Associate;
- Handle more complex email inquiries;
- Provide regular phone support.
3) Client Support Specialist (Level 2) (12+ months)
- Resolve complex technical issues via email;
- Manage phone support;
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation to expand our knowledge base;
- Assist in training new Level 1 Associates.
