The Role
Sibill is in search of a Customer Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless daily experience for customers on our platform.
This individual will serve as the primary contact between our customers and the product: addressing support requests, analyzing issues, resolving them, and transforming insights into product improvements, knowledge base enhancements, and internal process optimizations.
This is not just a ticket management role. It is consultative, cross-functional, and strategically impactful: you will work closely alongside Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring the customer's voice is integral to all significant decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver top-notch support via chat, phone, and email.
Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
Manage incoming tickets, prioritizing and escalating when necessary.
Identify recurring patterns in requests to recommend product and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize support operations.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge bases.
