About the job
- Analyze and resolve complex issues within 2nd level support.
- Independently diagnose faults in electronic and mechatronic assemblies.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and restoration tasks both in-house and on-site as necessary.
- Provide technical support to our international sales and service organizations during escalation cases.
- Document service incidents and repair processes thoroughly.
- Prepare structured fault analyses and technical reports.
- Maintain and enhance the knowledge database.
- Create and develop technical documentation, training materials, and e-learning content.
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal colleagues and international service partners.
