Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute a comprehensive global cybersecurity program with a focus on cloud security, AI security, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Implement and enforce security governance consistent with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, CMMC L1-L3, and ISO-42001 standards.Oversee security architecture for AI platforms and multi-cloud services, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.Collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and operations teams to uphold cybersecurity standards and contractual obligations worldwide.Participate in incident response drills and manage real-world cyber events effectively.Monitor emerging threats to AI and ML models, ensuring their integrity, confidentiality, and resilience.Enhance vulnerability management, security monitoring, and DevSecOps processes.Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors, consultants, and external auditors.Foster a cybersecurity culture through executive training, employee awareness initiatives, and global policy enforcement.QualificationsA minimum of 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 7 years in leadership roles.Expertise in addressing AI security challenges, such as model attacks, data poisoning, and adversarial machine learning.Extensive experience securing cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.Strong hands-on knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, CMMC L1-L3, FedRamp, ISO-42001, and NIST 800-53.Proven track record of leading global, multi-region security initiatives.Deep understanding of risk management, compliance reporting, and audit processes.Exceptional communication skills to convey complex security issues to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, are advantageous.Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining a strong security posture and supporting business initiatives.
