We are currently seeking a skilled Cyberspace Warfare Development Engineer to join our team in support of an upcoming NATO ACT program based in Norfolk, VA. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of an international firm that specializes in delivering advanced information systems, technology solutions, outsourcing capabilities, and application development services to a diverse range of government and non-government organizations.
Working Location: Onsite in Norfolk, VA.
Employment Type: Contract (1099, B2B)
Compensation: $48-72/hr USD
Language Requirements: High proficiency in English is mandatory.
Security Clearance: NATO Secret is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the ACT Program Director to define and document cyber capabilities based on NATO operational needs and requirements.
- Analyze and validate capability requirements, converting operational needs into detailed specifications.
- Assist in the development and documentation of capability architectures.
- Support the creation of capability specifications, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
- Contribute to the development of implementation plans, analyzing scope, timelines, costs, and risks.
- Establish and maintain Communities of Interest (COIs) involving NATO organizations, member nations, industry partners, and academia to promote cyberspace capability development.
- Leverage COIs to refine and validate project deliverables.
- Engage in additional capability development activities, such as feasibility studies, technical analyses, and experimental campaigns.
- Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences, with travel required within NATO boundaries for up to 20 days annually.
