Your Responsibilities as a Customer Technical Advisor:
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries received via our complimentary phone lines;
- Accurately log consumer questions, inquiries, and feedback into our customer service database;
- Manage client complaints in accordance with the company’s escalation procedures;
- Ensure all support calls and emails are resolved and documented within established service level agreements (SLAs);
- Utilize open-ended questions, support documentation, and system training to troubleshoot issues;
- Proactively offer solutions to common queries and challenges.
