Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy for projects, collaborating closely with the Solution Architect to deliver optimal solutions for our clients.
- Establish an effective Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process.
- Provide accurate and clear development estimates.
- Work alongside the project management team to set realistic development timelines.
- Deliver regular progress reports to project management.
- Ensure quality structures are in place for deliverables from development and technical teams.
- Manage client expectations effectively.
- Oversee the quality of all deliverables within the client base.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and processes.
- Draft technical strategy documents and secure client approval.
- Keep key stakeholders informed about project progress and represent Hitachi Solutions in significant client meetings.
- Coordinate inputs for the Microsoft FastTrack's solution blueprint review and ensure solution go-live readiness.
- Mentor and motivate team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop strong direct relationships with senior stakeholders.
