As part of DashMart, a local fulfillment center powered by DoorDash, you will play a crucial role in delivering household essentials and various items directly to our customers' doors with unparalleled speed, reliability, and quality. Our customers utilize the DoorDash app to order convenience goods, groceries, retail items, and prepared foods, and our dedicated team members ensure these orders are fulfilled accurately within a real, brick-and-mortar store, ready for Dashers to deliver. With flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and even 24/7 operations at select locations, we cater to a diverse range of schedules!
Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Part-Time.
About the Part-Time Variable Schedule Role
As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability through our scheduling app. Shifts may become available in advance or emerge last-minute based on operational needs. Schedules with open shifts are posted weekly, and additional shifts may arise from swaps or peaks in demand.
You will be required to work at least one shift every four weeks, with each shift being a minimum of four hours. As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you will typically be scheduled for one shift each month, serving as an opportunity to stay updated on process changes and connect with the Site Leadership Team, including your supervisor.
Reliability and effective communication are critical — when you accept a shift, we rely on you to arrive on time and fulfill your responsibilities while meeting performance standards.
Your journey begins with DashMart onboarding and initial training during one shift, followed by one 4-hour on-the-job training shift (to be completed within 14 days) to ensure your success. Afterward, you can start selecting shifts based on your schedule and business needs.
