About the Team
DashMart serves as a local fulfillment center, expertly managed by DoorDash, providing customers with quick access to household essentials and other products directly at their doorsteps. Our innovative platform allows users to order convenience items, groceries, retail goods, and prepared meals via the DoorDash app, with our dedicated team fulfilling these orders from a physical store for delivery by Dashers. Our operations extend into early mornings and late nights, with some locations even operating around the clock!
Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Part-Time
About the Role
- Efficiently pick and pack orders received through the app, ensuring accuracy and timely handoff to Dashers.
- Manage inventory and spoilage by restocking received items and overseeing shelf life.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by confirming substitutions with customers when necessary.
