About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, physical setting and is eager to engage in daily operations. As a DashMart Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for while safeguarding against loss or theft. Maintain product quality and freshness by adhering to HACCP and proper food-handling procedures.
- Order Fulfillment: Utilize smartphone technology to scan packages, pick, pack, and stage orders efficiently for delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate clearly and courteously with customers through the app, managing substitution approvals as necessary.
- Safety and Organization: Uphold a safe working environment by strictly following DashMart safety protocols and completing assigned cleaning and organizational tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work atmosphere by embodying the DoorDash value of “one team, one fight.” Share ideas and challenges while maintaining respectful interactions with team members and customers.
- Dasher Coordination: Where applicable, assist Dashers with pickup directions and manage parking lot traffic.
