Our innovative platform delivers real-time visibility, sophisticated analytics, and efficient project closeout for complex construction programs.Role OverviewWe are on the lookout for a proactive Chief of Staff to the CEO, who will serve as a critical execution partner and catalyst for progress across the organization. This role is heavily focused on execution and accountability, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring leadership follow-through, and translating the CEO's vision into actionable results. While it includes executive support tasks, it transcends typical EA responsibilities, designed for an individual who thrives in fast-paced settings, embraces ownership, and adeptly navigates both strategic and tactical challenges. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively engage with senior leaders, ensuring initiatives remain on track and outcomes are achieved.Schedule & Work ModelThis is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. The role is entirely remote, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate global time zones (particularly with Australia). Rare travel may be necessary for time-sensitive matters. A company-issued secure laptop and required equipment will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesChief of Staff & Strategic Execution: Act as an extension of the CEO across key strategic and operational initiatives. Represent the CEO in meetings when necessary—capturing decisions, clarifying objectives, and promoting alignment. Convert high-level priorities into structured execution plans with defined owners, timelines, and success metrics. Foster accountability among the leadership team by monitoring commitments, deliverables, and follow-up actions. Oversee the company’s operational cadence, including leadership meetings, agendas, action items, OKR tracking, and follow-ups. Lead and organize cross-functional initiatives aimed at process enhancement, change management, and internal operational improvements. Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to avert impact on outcomes.Project & Program Management: Monitor and coordinate organization-wide initiatives, ensuring timely progress. Build scalable systems, frameworks, and workflows to facilitate growth in a private-equity-backed environment. Aid in the preparation of board materials, quarterly updates, executive reports, and strategic summaries. Maintain visibility into priority initiatives and provide succinct status updates to the CEO.Executive Support (Secondary Focus): Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars and coordinate meetings effectively.
