About the role
At Culture Amp, our comprehensive benchmark dataset is instrumental in helping clients understand their employee engagement scores. We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join our Data Products team and become a pivotal resource regarding this dataset. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our customer-facing teams (sales, customer success, and people science) to address inquiries about benchmarks, support strategic deals, and assist clients in maximizing their data utilization.
This position offers a dual focus: you will engage in addressing requests and conducting ad-hoc analyses related to benchmarks and our curated data models. Additionally, you will have the chance to alleviate reactive tasks over time by developing self-service tools, enhancing documentation, and automating repetitive processes. You will work in tandem with data scientists who manage our benchmark pipelines, providing a genuine opportunity for career growth—whether that's advancing into senior analytics roles or exploring data science interests.
Your responsibilities
- Receive benchmark inquiries from customer-facing teams, translating business questions into actionable data insights.
- Examine coverage, methodology, and metadata inquiries across our benchmark datasets.
- Assist in the creation of custom benchmarks for strategic partnerships.
- Enhance and optimize Looker dashboards for data visualization.
