We are seeking a Data Analyst to enhance our Sourcing & Placement team by delivering data-driven insights and strategic decision-making models. The primary goal of this role is to proactively uncover opportunities for improvement in sourcing and placement strategies, covering aspects such as partner matching, lead time optimization, margin management, and capacity planning.
Your role will be pivotal at the crossroads of analytics, operations, and strategy. You will be expected to produce more than just dashboards; your data analyses should culminate in clear, actionable recommendations that address:
What changes are necessary?
Which segments should be targeted?
What is the anticipated impact?
What risks and trade-offs exist?
