Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst focusing on Go-To-Market (GTM) and Customer Success (CS), you will serve as the analytical backbone for our GTM, CS, and legal engineering teams. Your insights will empower these teams to accelerate their processes, enhance decision-making, and provide tangible value to our clientele.
This role is heavily insight-driven. You will translate complex analytics and commercial data into actionable insights, aiding our teams in increasing adoption rates within client organizations, pinpointing growth opportunities, addressing churn risks proactively, and showcasing the value Legora provides to legal professionals daily. You will work within the Data & Analytics team while being deeply integrated into our revenue organization, collaborating closely with those who engage with our customers.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Analyzing customer account usage patterns to identify strengths and areas for improvement in adoption and retention.
Collaborating with Customer Success and GTM teams to implement data-driven strategies for enhancing customer engagement.
