Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Ensure the proper installation, labeling, cabling, and configuration of new server, storage, and network infrastructure.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in advanced GPU and networking systems.Maintain and update data center layouts and network topologies using DCIM software.Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to facilitate timely system deployments and large-scale project plans.Manage parts depot inventory, tracking equipment from delivery through deployment in our data centers.Partner with hardware support teams to address and resolve complex data center hardware incidents and ensure effective communication of solutions.Coordinate with the RMA team to facilitate the return of faulty parts and ensure replacements are ordered.Adhere to established installation standards for placement, labeling, and cabling to enhance consistency and discoverability across all data centers.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience with critical infrastructure systems supporting data centers, including power distribution, airflow management, environmental monitoring, capacity planning, DCIM software, and structured cabling.Familiarity with carrier DIA circuit testing and troubleshooting, as well as fiber testing.Basic understanding of cable optics and their various applications.Solid knowledge of single and three-phase power theories, including PDU balancing.Familiarity with various cable media types and their applications.Knowledge of cold aisle and hot aisle containment strategies.
