Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer feedback regarding places data issues, making necessary corrections and categorizing information.
Review and rectify extensive datasets, documenting issues meticulously for future analysis.
Effectively escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Conduct in-depth analyses and root cause investigations while preparing data for the engineering team.
Utilize mapping tools with precision in line with established guidelines.
Employ the Google Suite of products and services, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in all tasks.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness and capability to engage in repetitive tasks without losing focus.
A general understanding of traffic regulations and mapping fundamentals.
Customer-Centric: You are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, supported by a proven track record. You possess analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to implement changes enhancing the customer experience.
Collaborative Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communication (English, Ukrainian). You work effectively within your team and can liaise with other teams or stakeholders as required. You are open to feedback and direction, allowing you to successfully execute tasks and contribute to team objectives.
Proficient in Technology: You are comfortable learning new processes, systems, and tools, including data labeling tools and Google Workspace products.
