What You Will DoCollaborate with engineering and stakeholders from data science, growth, sales, marketing, and product teams to understand business data needs and produce pipelines, data marts, and other solutions that enhance product and growth decisions.Design and refine our foundational business tables to simplify analysis across the organization.Continuously enhance the performance and reliability of our data warehouse.Establish and uphold a consistent pattern language across our data stack, ensuring that our data pipelines and tables are coherent, accurate, and well-documented.Who You Are5+ years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, preferably with Airflow.You have extensive experience with data systems, recognizing how often complex data-producing systems can malfunction.Proficient in at least one programming language (preferably Python) and open to learning others as necessary to achieve your objectives.Highly skilled in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.Passionate about building systems that foster human understanding.Excellent written communication skills, with experience in conveying information through graphs and visualizations.
