What You’ll Do:
We seek an accomplished Data Engineer to focus on aviation data and analytics, particularly in two key areas: optimizing the processing of flight test data for swift design iterations and conducting near-real-time analysis of aircraft health data for predictive maintenance. This role is crucial for enhancing our aircraft design process and ensuring operational reliability through sophisticated predictive analytics.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Designing, building, and optimizing data processing systems to guarantee reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Creating and refining ETL processes, data models, and architectures for effective data transformation and management.
- Developing and sustaining data models that facilitate analytics, reporting, and custom application development.
- Establishing robust data quality observability, monitoring, testing, and validation frameworks.
- Collaborating with analytics teams and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, ensuring the data architecture supports effective decision-making.
- Assisting in the integration of data systems with aircraft telemetry, flight testing, and operational systems.
