About the Team
Our GTM Planning & Central Operations team collaborates closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, and Legal to promote operational excellence that drives our global go-to-market strategy. We leverage our expertise to tackle challenges with a user-centric approach, ensuring that we refine and enhance Stripe's global business processes to meet critical initiatives and support cross-functional priorities throughout the sales planning cycle.
Your Role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize key go-to-market challenges related to customer data and attributes for targeted prospecting.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and GTM Systems to prioritize, solve, and manage critical data initiatives across processes, systems, and architecture.
- Support the planning timeline for data quality enhancements to inform territory and target strategies.
- Oversee data scrubbing processes through third-party vendors as necessary.
- Communicate and advance the data excellence roadmap to leadership, providing insightful reports and presentations that analyze sales data and suggest actionable strategies for growth.
- Regularly conduct data audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales information, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Pinpoint and address policy gaps to enhance data integrity.
- Facilitate change management initiatives based on analytical insights and key performance indicators.
- Ensure proper utilization and collection of data by enabling Regional operations and Sales teams.
