The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting data quality assurance policies and standards, developing a comprehensive enterprise data quality solution, and defining metadata repositories and master data management frameworks to optimize the use of enterprise data for business intelligence purposes. Additionally, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of business intelligence tools, fine-tuning their performance to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, deploy, and document data quality procedures and their outcomes.
- Create processes and technology solutions that empower clients to utilize enterprise data for business intelligence.
- Define data policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure uniformity across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Master Data Quality Manager to establish a metadata repository for the organized storage and cataloging of data.
- Develop master data management processes, governance, and policies to effectively manage master data.
- Set quality assurance policies and standards to guarantee consistency in business intelligence reports.
- Identify and address data quality issues to enhance report accuracy, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Work alongside the Master Data Quality Manager to support the development, operations, and maintenance of dashboards and reports within the technology framework.
- Install business intelligence tools and configure necessary hardware and software components.
- Manage user administration setups and provide ongoing support for system maintenance.
- Optimize business intelligence performance to ensure peak efficiency.
- Recommend training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant departmental policies, processes, and instructions for consistent workflow.
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports to align with departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
