In this dynamic role, you will focus on enhancing data quality, improving reporting and visualization, and extracting strategic insights from data that contribute to our financial success and growth. Collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Product, and Technology.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources (revenue, product usage, customer insights, etc.), providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct research and analysis to facilitate improvements in business practices.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements and operational efficiencies across departments.
- Assist in automating data reporting tools and develop user-friendly data visualizations.
- Create analytical frameworks to better understand customer behaviors and market trends.
- Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to optimize business operations and customer interactions.
- Contribute to the design, automation, and validation of KPI reports.
- Help document and maintain operational processes for consistency and efficiency.
