You will engage with advanced language models on intricate topics including relational database structures, NoSQL methodologies, TCP/IP setups, VPN configurations, cloud networking, firewall policies, data synchronization, load balancing techniques, and infrastructure-as-code strategies—documenting every potential failure to strengthen model reasoning.
In your daily responsibilities, you will interact with the model on real-world networking challenges and system architecture inquiries, ensure technical accuracy and operational integrity, capture reproducible error traces, and propose enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, along with experience in production-level systems administration, will be advantageous. Effective metacognitive communication—demonstrating your thought process—is crucial.
