About the Role
As a Database Solutions Development Engineer within our Customer Engineering team, you will confront some of the most intricate technical challenges that arise at the crossroads of data, integrations, and client success.
In this position, you will act as a vital escalation point for technical issues within the organization. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a diverse ticket queue that covers the entire spectrum of the Degreed platform, as well as leading larger-scale projects such as data migrations, cleanups, and process automation.
You will collaborate with a small, experienced team of database professionals located across the US and Europe, working entirely remotely across various time zones. We expect you to take ownership of your responsibilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively develop the tools and processes that enhance team effectiveness over time, all while working independently within a supportive, collaborative framework.
