Salary:
The salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, contingent on the candidate's responsibilities and geographic location. The starting salary within this range will be established based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Work Hours: 7:45 AM to 8:00 PM, 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule of M/T/S/S - W/T/F.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production goals while maintaining adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Inspire and lead production teams, offering guidance and fostering a positive work environment. Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Work alongside quality control teams to uphold and enhance product quality. Enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions. Implement initiatives to boost overall production performance.
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Support ongoing training and development efforts.
- Uphold safety regulations and standards, implementing protocols to minimize workplace hazards. Conduct regular safety meetings.
- Coordinate with materials management to guarantee a continuous supply of materials for production. Monitor inventory levels to meet production demands.
- Address production challenges in real-time, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures as necessary. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams when required.
