Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Datadog’s licensing and pricing structures to provide effective deal structuring and quoting support to our global sales teams.Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs while ensuring compliance with Datadog’s sales policies.Resolve customer satisfaction issues after deal execution.Engage in direct negotiations with customers when necessary.Collaborate across various departments, including legal, contracts, sales operations, order management, revenue, finance, and product management.Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Sales on pricing matters.Ensure compliance with internal controls, protocols, and business rules.Who You Are:A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant fields such as sales operations, finance, sales strategy, or sales enablement.At least 2 years of experience in deal structuring and quoting for complex SaaS transactions in a fast-paced multi-national company.Familiarity with revenue recognition principles.Proficient in negotiation and adept at resolving customer satisfaction issues.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong quantitative abilities.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bonus Points:Experience with Salesforce and CPQ systems.
