Role Overview
As a Dealer Governance Specialist, you will play a key role alongside the Dealer Support Manager in fostering a compliant and engaged dealer community within our Marketplace. Your focus will be on implementing industry-leading policies and processes that uphold our operational guidelines. You will be instrumental in developing scalable solutions to mitigate risks while maintaining commercial awareness. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing enforcement actions, documenting procedures, and ensuring consistency in dealer operations.
Your impact will be felt across the marketplace, enhancing safety, engagement, and trust for our sellers. You will actively participate in refining internal processes and risk matrices, enabling us to effectively operationalize our Terms & Conditions and empowering our dealers to reach their full potential on Motorway.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage escalations and the review process through our ticketing system related to dealer conduct, working to proactively resolve known issues and document outcomes.
Assist in initiatives aimed at reducing dealer-led cancellations.
Oversee onboarding activities for new dealers, ensuring compliance with Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and regulatory standards.
Make informed decisions regarding dealer sanctions using established frameworks, considering commercial implications.
