Join our innovative team at Sunreef Yachts as a Deck Equipment Design Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge design solutions and selecting high-quality deck equipment. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and overseeing both 3D and 2D technical documentation that adheres to the stringent rules established by Classification Societies and contractual obligations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing design solutions and selecting deck equipment.
- Creating and supervising 3D and 2D technical documentation (classification, workshop, and procurement) in compliance with Classification Societies’ rules and contractual requirements.
- Analyzing production non-conformities and optimizing design processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with design assumptions.
- Engaging in cross-disciplinary coordination and technical alignment with representatives of Classification Societies, suppliers, and subcontractors, including active participation in project and interdepartmental meetings.
- Reporting on project progress and addressing design issues.
