As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children on a one-on-one basis, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ research-backed strategies to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while helping to diminish challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring that you are well-prepared to make a positive impact, even if you lack prior experience. Due to the nature of our clients, candidates must be physically capable of standing, walking, sitting, and performing tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting children or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
