About the job
Join our passionate team at Centria Autism as a Behavior Technician and help transform the lives of children with autism. This rewarding role allows you to work directly with children, applying individualized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
In this position, you will implement evidence-based methodologies to promote communication, social interactions, and daily living skills while minimizing disruptive behaviors. Your contributions will play a vital role in guiding children towards achieving their fullest potential.
We are seeking candidates who are not only enthusiastic about working with children but also possess qualities such as patience and compassion.
