This role involves providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and partnering with families to implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer therapeutic procedures, including manual exercises, while instructing and encouraging patients in both physical and daily living activities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
Assist pediatric patients with the usage of supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prosthetics.
Educate and counsel pediatric patients about therapeutic regimens, promote wellness, and provide guidance on healthy growth and development.
Monitor treatment trends and ensure therapy services align with production objectives.
Document patient care services accurately in patient and departmental records.
Engage in continuous professional development through educational opportunities and active participation in professional organizations.
Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by adhering to established standards and legal regulations.
