Essential Qualifications:3-6+ years of demonstrated sales success in the events and conferences sector, consistently exceeding targets.Strong interest in and/or knowledge of cybersecurity and the wider technology landscape.Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying complex value propositions to varied audiences.Self-motivated with a positive, solution-oriented mindset towards sales challenges.Analytical thinker with a knack for leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in crafting targeted value propositions for different cybersecurity personas.Familiarity with the event lifecycle and delegate acquisition strategies.Key account management experience focused on long-term relationship building.Strong negotiation skills, especially regarding group bookings and VIP attendees.

- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales progress using our CRM system.
- Efficiently process orders to ensure a smooth purchasing experience for clients.
- Develop actionable analytics and reports to monitor progress and refine strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Registration, Customer Success, and other departments to enhance overall event outcomes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire delegate experience.
