Position Overview
As a Delivery Driver at Domino's, you will be tasked with assembling, loading, and dropping off orders while adhering to safety protocols and delivery routes. You must possess reliable transportation with valid insurance and maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive to work on time, dressed in full uniform with a clean vehicle and a full tank of fuel.
- Wear a lit car top during deliveries for visibility.
- Ensure all items are correctly assembled, including all extras like dipping cups and sodas.
- Use the Pulse routing program to route orders efficiently.
- Hustle safely between the store, vehicle, and customer door.
- Transport items using proper heat bags for hot items and plastic T bags for cold items.
- Drive in compliance with all traffic laws during deliveries.
- Collect payments from customers and provide accurate change.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the driver area and throughout the store.
- Assist with kitchen duties and general store cleaning as needed.
