This foundational role marks our first senior creative hire in an organization excelling in product, growth, and engineering. You will elevate ARQ's presence in the world with your insight, taste, and ambition.You will lead global and local campaigns while building a dynamic creative team around you, including designers, copywriters, and producers. Close collaboration with our founders and leadership will ensure that our output is not only consistent but also unique and impactful.Your ResponsibilitiesDefine and guide ARQ's global creative strategy encompassing brand, campaigns, content, and product storytelling.Cultivate and expand ARQ’s presence across markets, ensuring our brand remains consistent, distinctive, and culturally relevant in all regions.Lead comprehensive global and local campaigns (ATL and digital), from concept to execution across various channels, including TV, OOH, social media, and emerging formats.Establish and nurture ARQ's creative team from the ground up, including designers, writers, producers, and external partners.Forge strong relationships with creative partners, production companies, talent, and collaborators worldwide.Work closely with growth, product, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into compelling, high-impact creative outputs.Foster an environment for exceptional creativity: providing clear direction, prompt feedback, and maintaining high standards.Qualifications7+ years of experience in creative roles within agency, brand, or hybrid environments.Proven experience in building and leading high-performing creative teams.Strong portfolio demonstrating successful global campaigns and innovative thinking.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
