Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver delicious pizzas and other items to both residential and commercial customers along assigned routes.
2. Thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to making deliveries.
3. Engage with customers upon delivery to ensure their satisfaction with the products.
4. Uphold exceptional customer service standards, especially during busy periods.
5. Communicate effectively with management and team members to foster a positive work environment.
6. Provide prompt and professional service to encourage customer loyalty.
7. Maintain open lines of communication with the store and dispatchers to optimize delivery routes.
8. Efficiently handle cash and credit transactions.
9. Adhere to food safety procedures for preparation and presentation.
10. Build rapport with customers through friendly interactions and appreciation.
11. Address customer complaints with professionalism and promptness.
12. Take initiative to assist with additional tasks once primary duties are completed.
13. Assemble and prepare boxes, ensuring promotional materials are affixed as needed.
14. Assist with food preparation as necessary.
15. Read order slips or receive instructions to accurately prepare multiple orders simultaneously.
16. Clean, stock, and maintain workstations and display cases.
17. Follow all quality standards and policies diligently.
18. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
