Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver pizzas and various items to both residential and commercial locations along designated routes.
2. Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
3. Engage with customers during deliveries to confirm satisfaction with products.
4. Uphold superior customer service standards, especially during busy periods.
5. Maintain clear and positive communication with management and team members.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
7. Keep in constant communication with the store and dispatcher to optimize delivery routes.
8. Process cash and credit transactions swiftly and accurately.
9. Follow all procedures for safe food handling, preparation, and presentation.
10. Build lasting customer relationships through friendly service and appreciation.
11. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
12. Take initiative by seeking additional tasks once scheduled duties are completed.
13. Assemble and fold pizza boxes, applying labels and promotional materials as necessary.
14. Assist with food preparation as needed.
15. Read order slips or receive verbal instructions to prepare multiple orders according to specifications.
16. Maintain cleanliness and organization at workstations and display cases.
17. Adhere to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.
