We expect our drivers to deliver exceptional customer service by answering phones and assisting carryout customers with a positive attitude and in-depth knowledge of our menu. Your role will involve adhering to our image standards and ensuring every customer leaves with a WOW experience by following our customer service steps: 1) Apologize, 2) Give them what they want, and 3) Provide something extra.
As a pizza maker, you'll be responsible for accurately counting toppings for every order and ensuring that pizzas are not removed from the oven until they are ready. You'll also need to keep $1 in coin change for every delivery and communicate clearly with customers about their change. Personal cash should not exceed $20 while on duty, and no knives or weapons are permitted during work hours. Your vehicle must reflect a clean, positive image while making deliveries, and punctuality is key—drivers should not check in early from deliveries.
Your commitment to hygiene is paramount; handwashing before food handling is mandatory. All drivers must complete Safe Delivery CBT and verify order accuracy by repeating details and confirming customer names and addresses.
